We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. The planter boxes must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including all packaging and accessories. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
