Larger planters offer significant benefits: they hold more soil, which retains moisture longer and reduces watering frequency, provides a buffer against temperature swings, and supplies more nutrients. Always ensure your planter has excellent drainage holes to prevent root rot. Use a high-quality, well-draining potting mix designed for vegetables, and place your planter in a location that receives a minimum of 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily.
