For a simpler approach, consider rotating your planters periodically so that no single side faces consistent, direct sun. Finally, regular maintenance is key. Clean your planters gently with a mild soap solution to remove dirt and pollutants that can accelerate degradation when combined with UV rays. Inspect them annually for cracks or peeling, as compromised surfaces fade faster.
