You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all packaging intact. To start the process, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the items back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned planter boxes, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or defective merchandise.
For items that arrive damaged or are defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will promptly arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including covering the return shipping costs.
