What is the return policy if I'm not satisfied with my urban planter boxes?

Once we receive and inspect the returned planter boxes, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or defective merchandise.
