You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any item that is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to start the process. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
Please note that return shipping is free if the item is defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong product. For returns based on a change of mind, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
